If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to shopbit.in, accessible from https://shopbit.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Once Your Order is Shipped, We can not cancel your order. Just don't take it while Delivery agent comes. In this case Both Prepaid and COD orders we will cut Delivery & Packing charges and will refund you rest Amount.

Conditions for Returns & Refund 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Return accepted Only if Complaint Raised with in 12 hours.

Only Replacement available. NO Refund.
The goods are in the original packaging.
Unboxing video must, without unboxing video no replacement. 

Video should be Clear and without any cut and editing. Product should be visible clearly in video from all side . Defect should be visible on video.                Defect/Damage/Fault products only Accepted
If Product was Fine & in working condition while receiving then it will be not Replaceable/Refundable & Same product will Be Ship to Customer & extra courier charge will be applied for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to our address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
